Blue Paisley

As usual, my office attire is very casual. Lately it has been a very hot day here in Bali. During the day we can reach 36 Celcius. What can I say, layering is a mission impossible and I am aiming to wear anything that is cooling and thin.
Lunch was at Warung Lada, Ubud. yummmie food! Nice interior too... (mind the over exposed images),

thank you all for stopping by and viewing the post....

Jatiluwih & Royal Temple of Mengwi

I am right now acting tour guide for a colleague at work, she is an artist from Japan/U.S.A. and I love to show her around because she appreciates and loves Bali nature! First stop was the rice terrace Jatiluwih, situated within Tabanan Regency and in the Penebel Village, the panoramic view is just breathtaking and Jatiluwih rice terrace is UNESCO World Heritage Site! What do you think guys?
we had lunch there with the rice terrace view, it was PRICELESS!
Second stop was The Royal Temple of Mengwi (Pura Taman Ayun), is one of the most important temples in Bali. Built in 1634 by a King of the Mengwi dynasty, this impressive complex stands on an island in a river, its inner temple surrounded by a moat. Its Balinese name Pura Taman Ayun literally means ‘Garden Temple in the Water’. Pura Taman Ayun was built as a series of garden terraces with courtyards on different levels. The entire complex was designed to symbolize the mythological home of the gods, Mount Meru, floating in the sea of eternity. And how about this one?
'
There are couple more stops but I run out battery, have used my mobile camera, but its not as good as.... It would probably be another post with another friends that touring with me :)

thank you all for stopping by and read the bits...
